Great item, although I thought I was buying what was advertised in the picture but turns out to be just on tumbler.

Not true to picture..ordered 3 for gifts and not at all like pics! Want a refund but owner unwilling to to refund….DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!
The customer was unhappy because the picture on the tumbler looked matte, while the tumbler itself was glossy. She requested a refund but was informed that our policy doesn't allow refunds on tumblers. Instead, I offered to make a free tumbler for her. However, the customer continued to send harassing and degrading emails and refused the offer for a new tumbler. After 17 emails from the client, I decided to stop communication as it seemed impossible to satisfy her.
